Raw, hypnotic and hard techno with acidy melodies and hefty lows - Caity draws big inspirations from labels such as KD RAW, The Acid Mind Recordings and Filth on Acid. Caity's natural habitat is all realms of techno.
A guitarist, bassist and audio nerd first, Caity has studied production and live performance and worked in the music industry for 10+ years. After years of living and breathing the Australian club/doof/festival scene, Caity finally established herself as a DJ in 2022 and established her own techno collective in 2023 called '150 BPM'.
150 BPM showcases the faster, darker and more experimental sides of techno at events in Melbourne with a strong focus on local/upcoming talent. Caity is also currently a resident DJ & host at Lucky Schmuck in Thornbury, where her DJ duo TUNNEL VISION regularly run 'TUNNEL VISION & Friends'.
Caity has already had the opportunity to thrown down her meticulously-planned sets at the Melbourne Pavilion, My Aeon, KissFM, Radio Bar, Area3000, Revolver Lane, Lucky Schmuck, Anomalie Collective, Evie's Disco
